Academic Research Projects

What's on This Page

The following academic research papers were prepared for the Ontario Ministry of Labour to support the Changing Workplaces Review. The two Special Advisors appointed to lead this Review have released an Interim Report that outlines feedback received from stakeholders and the public, and academic and inter-jurisdictional research, including research from these papers.

The IRHR Library, Centre for Industrial Relations & Human Resources is providing digital access to these papers in coordination with the Ontario Ministry of Labour’s release of the Interim Report for the Changing Workplaces Review. These papers represent the views of the authors and not necessarily those of the Ministry of Labour. © Queen’s Printer for Ontario, 2016.
